Nothing to complain about in any regard except it is expensive. Comes with a discount card that gives you 20% off at local restaurants including the 2 on the main floor of the building.

I love the location of my place along with the amenities. My apartment is brand new and the management on the property is excellent. A lot of my fellow law school classmates also live here. I’m at the law school in 2-3 minutes and pretty much everything I need is here. We have a nice gym included with our amenities and easy to use pet spa for cleaning/grooming pets. There are restaurants inside of two of the apartment buildings on the property with great food… and I could walk to a grocery store if necessary. I the summer, it’s very fun to socialize at the beautiful, well-maintained pool located beside the main amenities building which also has a game& media room with byob bars and big screen tvs on the main & 2d floor. Perfect group study or social space! Location is definitely fantastic. Obviously they are very pet friendly which is a plus. I attend Solidcore, a boutique fitness studio which is also on the property and I’m able to get my hair done at the salon downstairs in my building. It’s a great place to be for pretty much anyone. But I think it’s especially great for Law students attending Delaware Law School. Rent is a little on the higher side but all the amenities & convenience definitely make the mark up worth it.

It's a nice place to live. The management is a little lax, but the quality of living is good. Also - it is 5 minutes from campus and that is a HUGE bonus.

Overall this apartment has been great! Walls between units are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors when they are being loud. However, the tenants seem to be on the older side and are super respectful if you let them know that you are studying often.

Pretty good option

Feels safe, tons of other students live here, quiet, large layout plans, and great amenities. Even though it is pricey it’s less than a minute drive to campus and super convenient.

The apartment complex is brand new and the amenities are the best part! The community areas are very well maintained and clean. The maintenance crew always responds immediately and the residences are very nice.
