Recommend
Besides some small things due to it being an old building I enjoy living here. Utilities being included in rent is a huge plus, and parking is available on the ground level or in a garage spot about a block and a half away. I've had to have maintenance done for minor things, but they respond very quickly to the requests, usually within a day. The neighborhood is also very nice, and I have a good view of downtown from my window.

Great Option
Living at PARQ has been enjoyable. Maintenance addresses issues promptly and adequately. I wish parking were included in the monthly rent, being that street parking after 6-7PM gets a little tight, but no other complaints! Nice place to be!

Great Location, but Pricey
Great location, but the building common spaces are constantly under construction with no definite timeline for the construction to be finished. Rent is increasing significantly each yearly renewal with little to no added value. Building is very pet friendly and accepts almost all dog breeds.
