Not bad, but could get more

I enjoy my 1 BR/1BA. It's nice, new, and I happen to have a small/secluded backyard area. However, that's all there is here. No amenities, nothing included in the rent, etc. I'd recommend it to others, but also I'm sure others could find equal living arrangements that offer more for less. I do enjoy being walking distance to school and one block from SEPTA, though.
