Overall Great
My roommate and I have never had any issues with the management company or with filing maintenance requests. The included appliances are all very clean and new. They work well and the cabinetry has "soft-close" doors. The floor is nice hardwood which is easy to clean and maintain. There are two main drawbacks to this apartment. The first is that there are no windows in the bedrooms, this makes the winters very hard as well as nice fall days when the windows would be open. The second, is that the windows present in the living area are not air-tight. A large draft can be felt despite the window being closed and a rolled-up blanket against the bottom of the pane.
