Great House, Great Location, A little pricey

Live very close to the BSL so it is very convenient. Also only a 20 minute walk to both Rittenhouse and East Passyunk. Quiet residential neighborhood in South Philadelphia. Landlord is very responsive. Anytime we have an issue, a maintenance person is sent within a couple of days.
