Harsh Noise Complain

My neighbor strongly complained to us about noise caused by my kids. We were very cautious to reduce noise and tried to make communication, but she strongly demanded us to move away. The HOA did nothing but to encourage us to call to police. I had to call to police and request a policeman to recommend not to talk to us again.
