Love my 1 BR within a sub-divided house in Kerrytown
I love my apartment! The rent is really reasonable (especially b/c I split it with my partner), and our landlords are a lovely retired couple who are really attentive to upkeep. We have a parking spot in the back lot that is included in our rent price. The apartment is so cozy, and I've lived here all three years of law school. My *only* complaint is that, because it's an old house, we sometimes have maintenance issues, like with our plumbing and garbage disposal. That being said, the landlords are always super responsive and have fixed every maintenance issue we have for free.
