Apartment review
Good spacious apartment with considerable utilities at the price. However, there are issues such as fridge containers breaking down, lights not working and a bit warm during summer days as the AC on the living room doesnt cool the bedrooms.

Great location but near lots of undergrads. Management is not responsive to maintenance requests.

Solid Apartment in the Student Ghetto
They renovated the space before we moved in, so that was really nice. 3 minute walk in either direction to Ross or the IM Building gym is a plus. It's on a street with a lot of undergrads and frat bro's, so it's better to have a room facing away from the street so their speakers don't blast directly into you room
