close to campus, poorly insulated house

The house I live in has been relatively good so far. It's within a mile of campus so it's bikeable. The main downside is that our house is poorly insulated, so we spend more on heat/cooling than we 'd like. The landlord has been really supportive through it all, so I would recommend this house to other graduate students.
