Good Landlord, relatively quiet street.
For the most part, no issues. Landlord responds as quickly as possible to issues and seems to care about tenants. Recently replaced washer/dryer and graveled the driveway (which used to flood significantly when it rained, and now does not). Has also replaced the toilet since we have lived here (three years).
New(ish) appliances (shower, gas range stove, fridge, microwave).

Friendly landlord who responds fast to issues. No major structural issues, new appliances. No pet fees.
