Parking is the only downside

Parking is slightly lacking, but the management is great, and maintenance is fairly punctual.

nice place!

cute place to live, about 10 minutes from school. it’s not the nicest in comparison to others in the other, but for price and location, i like it. have mot had any issues with management and any maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and done correctly. a good area to live, no troubles or any dangerous situations.
