Good complex

I’ve been there for over a year now and I like it. It is a bit pricey for the size and 1B1B but it’s in a safe area, it has a pool and gym, and it’s right by a park and a walking trail and it’s 10-ish minutes away from school.

Good location and well-kept property

Creekside has a good location and is well-managed. Maintenance is always quick and the grounds are taken care of. Rent is kind of a lot but pretty standard for Overland Park. I would also like a bigger kitchen, but I haven't seen many bigger kitchens for 1-bedrooms.
