Quiet area, lots of closet space.

Will notice lots of stray cats around the area - there's a retirement home/complex right next to the apartment and some elderly like to feed these cats regularly. Most often, it's a very quiet place and most people tend to their own business. I've noticed lots of students live here. Studio is small, but lots of storage space. Maintenance has been quick to respond to requests most of the time. I've seen quite a few people with pets, but no messes around the area.

Quiet, but frequent maintenance issues

Lots of maintenance issues with my unit. Had quite a few issues with unwelcome pests as well. Maintenance requests are answered quite quickly. Big plus: this is generally a very quiet community. Lots of students live here and there's a Defensive Arts Center around one side and a retirement home on the other.

Student in 1 Bedroom

I am a student at PCOM and this is my first year in the apartment. I found that the apartment complex is conveniently close to my campus and parking is always available. The building seems safe and guests have to buzz into the buildings. It's a large complex with I think 9 Lobbies and a pool. Maintenance is usually available and helpful if something goes wrong in the apartment. They also work hard to keep the grounds clean and cut. The staff in the leasing office are pleasant. The apartment itself is spacious with a lot of closet and storage space. I have a one walk-in coat closet, 2 pantries in the hall, and 2 closets in the bedroom for clothes. Kitchen is big enough with adequate cabinet space. Living room is spacious with a balcony or patio. Large sliding doors offer a lot of natural light. Overall, great experience so far. Would recommend to a student looking for a quiet, low-key apartment.

Perfect for student

The studios here are great and I really haven't had a problem with anything so far! I'm a student at a school nearby and the location has been really great. It's also a close uber ride away from center city as well. Plenty of nearby cafes to go to for studying and tons of restaurants around the area to check out!
