Fair Price for Moderate Living Situation
The building was recently bought by the management company. The company is still finishing up some minor maintenance and upgrades to the building. The apartment has wood flooring and a lot of storage space. My apartment has space for an office and a separate pantry in the kitchen area. My only critique is the lack of sunlight. The few windows in the apartment light up only the bedroom and part of the living room. The walls and floors are also thin so sounds and conversations inside and outside the building do carry in and travel out.
