Park View
We hardly ever hear our neighbors and we love the location. It's on the south side of town and is only a 10 min drive from anywhere in Columbia. The gym and pool are also really nice and the pool stays open pretty much until the average temp drops below 70. The biggest thing for us was that they seem to have the most relaxed pet policy out of all the other places in Columbia.

Park View
Park View apartments are super spacious. We live on the 3rd floor (of three) and have a ton of room with a nice view of the park. Only downside is living 15 minutes from campus, but it's worth it to be within walking distance of the Corporate Lake gym, pool, and Las Margs.

Parkview Apartments Review
I have really enjoyed my experience at Parkview so far. The unit is plenty big for three people and we each get our own bathroom (mine is not attached but the other two are). We live on the first floor which is causes one of the big issues: bugs. I don't think this complex sprays for spiders and other bugs because we have run into a fair share of them over the last few years. Mostly house spiders, but we have also had issues with bigger spiders and other bugs, like pillbugs.
We have a little porch area that would be nicer if we weren't on the first floor because people take their dogs out right in the grass outside our porch. It is nice to have a place to sit outside though. There is good access to a couple trails and sidewalks for walking/running.
