Expensive but worth it

Definitely a higher priced complex but well worth the money. Great location regarding driving distance to campus, walkable distance to football games and walking trails, and 3-5 minute drive from the grocery store of your choice.

Boulder Springs Review

I love Boulder Springs. It's close to campus, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, has great walking and access to trails, and has a nice dog run where pets can play. Management is so helpful and kind, and the apartments themselves are lovely.
