Good, somewhat underrated property for a grad student
Purchased this property after downsizing from a home in a different state. Purchased on the basis of convenience and "good enough" amenities. Live with wife, two pets, and welcomed a baby girl this year. Utilized the space really well especially for doing remote work and largely virtual classes in grad school for about a year. Complex is very well maintained with landscaping and three nice pool areas. 12 minute drive to Rice and less than 10 minutes to Women's Hospital and Baylor St. Lukes.
