Okay House - Far from Campus
This house is clearly a quick renovation to make an old house look new on the inside, but it's not very well done. It's nice enough, but the rooms are very small and it is 20+ minutes from campus, which makes it tough to make it to early classes driving down 35 sometimes. The neighborhood is mostly nice, smaller, single family homes and seems relatively safe. From what I've seen, the management does a pretty good job of getting maintenance out here to fix any problems. This home came with washer/dryer, dishwasher, has a one car garage, and a fireplace.
