Safe Area and Clean Building

The building itself is very clean and I have never seen bugs or rats or anything of the sort. The area itself is super safe as it is kind of an upper class complex and surrounding area. Nightlife is good, Shiloh street is a short walk away and has lots of bars and restaurants.
