Great neighborhood, good quality interior

The apartment was quiet, and well finished. The hallways recently had artwork and furniture installed (they were bare before). The apartment building feels finished (which it didn't feel like a ~year ago).

Solid place to live but you pay for it

I wanted a quiet safe place to live and this has been that. Parking in a parking garage makes me feel like my vehicle is more secure. You have to have a key fob to enter the building and use the elevator and go up the stairs so it feels safe. There are cameras in the hallways.

Pretty Average Apartment

The apartment complex is brand new and it's obvious the Management Staff is new too. The interior of the apartment is nice, given that everything is brand new. I was the first tenant to live in my unit, there are better places closer to campus.
