Proximity, Safety, Affordability
The residence has minimal amenities (no communal W/D) but is safe, has responsive maintenance team, is incredibly close to the law school (5 min walk), allows pets and is probably the most affordable housing option in the area.

Good price for good location, but no ammenities
The apartment is a little old, so expect some issues with maintenance. But the price is very good and the location is perfect for the law school students.

It's really good for the price. I did (do) have a slight bug problem, but I'm not sure if that's from my neighbor or just outside.
