Luxury Living at an Affordable Rate.
Since management has changed for Idlewild 45, you can see the 180 degree change that the property has made since RPM took over. The staff are always eager to resolve issues, and assist residents with whatever they need.

Review
It's nice and close to campus. They are remodeling a lot right now, because a new management company recently took over and it seems like the previous company didn't do much upkeep with the place. So I'd say it's in the process of becoming nicer and nicer. It does the job though for me. It's been safe, in a good area, right next to the grocery store, and close to campus. It is fairly cheap compared to a lot of places around here too.
