Indigo at Brickworks

I've lived here for two years now, and it's a great community for young professionals. My rent is a bit high, but my apartment is very spacious. Maintenance here is great, they address any issues in less than 24 hours. Because I'm a student, I wish I lived on the other side of the river for convenience, but overall, great experience living here.

Overall it has been great. If you have a dog there is plenty of green space. Maintenance is also very responsive and fixes issues immediately. Only downside is it is an unlocked building.

I had no idea where to live when I moved to SC. I’m glad I came across this property. The management has always been prompt in addressing issues. They always have activities for the renters and really encourages a sense of community. The property is relatively new and so the layout is modern and the equipments are in great shape. It has all been positive experiences almost 2 years in. It is also located in a prime spot being right next to the Riverwalk. They have great amenities (gym, pool, pet spa) that you can utilize as well.

Exceptional

I have loved my experience at Indigo at Brickworks! It is a great location and has nice features. It’s also right by the riverwalk. Sadly the train is loud at night which can be annoying but other than that it is great.

I really like this apartment complex. It has very nice amenities (gym, pool, clubroom, valet trash). Parking is always available and the insides of the apartments are very nice and homey. Maintenance has been very responsive as well. I don't love the direct outdoor access but I still feel safe! The train nearby can be annoying at night. Love that it is right next to the river walk.

I have really enjoyed my time living here. There are tons of amenities, including a gym, pool, and clubhouse. There are a lot of great running trails near too! It is a very quick commute to school- no longer than 10 minutes in the car even with traffic! The management team is also super accommodating and is there for you.

Great apartment, not many students so it's pretty quiet and the management team is very responsive and helpful. I have so much storage in my apartment and it is very spacious. My only complaint is that it is over the river, so sometimes it feels far away from everything else.

Wonderful place to live. Awesome staff and the amenities are top notch. Only problem is that there has been a lot of crime occurring at a complex across the street.

Indigo is a great apartment complex. They do not allow undergrads which keeps the noise level down. It is also great for pets with lots of green space and a pet spa. The management is excellent and they always respond promptly.
