Not a bad life
Pros:
- highly responsive management and maintenance staff
- close proximity to North OSU campus
- located close to a variety of restaurants and bars
- relatively safe area
- relatively pest-free
- 2 washers and 2 dryers available onsite
Cons:
- thin walls and echoey hallways
- can often hear creaking from floor above
- no recycling service (have to bring recycling to OSU campus recycling facilities)
- for pet owners: pets are not allowed whatsoever (the mere sighting of a pet will trigger a rent increase)
