Good price for the space
The Overlook Fort Thomas is a pretty good price for 2 bed 2 bath and nearly 1,000 sq feet. The unit my wife and I live in is pretty new and in good shape so we have had few maintenance issues. Unfortunately the small problems we have had have taken forever to get resolved. The price is good because there are no community spaces, pools, gyms, or even an on-site leasing office. Washers/dryers are not included in the units. Hookups are available if you have your own and there are some coin laundry machines in some of the buildings. Parking is free and you get a sizable deck with an incredible view of downtown IF you are in one of the back units. It is in a prime location, just off of 471 and just a few minutes away from both NKU campus and downtown Cincinnati.
