Highly recommend!
I absolutely love my apartment community. It's a brand new building, so I'm the first to live in my unit and they're still doing some construction of units on other floors. (Note: There is no construction noise that I've noticed.) They're still building some of the amenities (for example, the hot tubs aren't usable yet), but they're doing rent promos until the building is complete and I was able to get a month of free rent.
Of the students that live in Philly, I believe that I'm the furthest out, but I feel that it's a fair trade. My apartment is beautiful and had all of my wish-list items, and I would not be able to afford it in a more central location. I also prefer quieter neighborhoods, so this has worked out in my favor. The SEPTA stops right in front of the door, and the Penn Bus West stops a block away (weekday evenings only). It's a short bike ride to campus.
Management has also been incredibly responsive, and all of my maintenance requests - which have been for very minor things - have been addressed within 24 hours, and with true care despite them being for small annoyances. The building entry is secure, and we have a concierge on-site in the evenings/weekends for packages and lock-outs. The staff and other neighbors are friendly.
