Great, not perfect.
Things have improved under the new property manager. The twin buildings are in a louder part of Bloomington, and one building is a stone’s throw from a fire station. This means that sirens are a constant, and there are plenty of loud undergrads in and nearby the building that are irritating to say the least. That said, a four minute walk to the law school is hard to beat, and 4th street nearby has every good restaurant in town. I only use my car to get groceries and travel home on breaks… but I do have to pay $125 a month to park my car inside my building… they hiked it from the original price of $75 after only a year.

I love living here. The location is unbeatable. However, there are no amenities and parking is basically nonexistent, and the price is extremely steep.
