Good location and decent amenities
Moose Club is an older complex that could use some repairs, but it has a nice pool, easy parking, good location, and quiet with mostly young families living there.

Hidden Gem: Reasonable Price and Close to Campus
The apartment was newly renovated and the landlord is responsive. Utilities including water, power and internet come out to about 100 a month per person. The apartments are 2/2 so each roommate has their own bathroom in their bedrooms. It is a quiet complex with mostly young professionals and young families. It is a nice get away from the craziness of student housing . It is right near the outer loop high way which makes it about an 8-10 minute drive to the law school. There is also a bus stop right round the corner. The complex is pet friendly and there is a nice neighborhood right nearby that is great for walking your dog. Neighbors are very polite and I have never felt unsafe, even taking my dog out late at night by myself. The complex is clean and well kept with regular landscaping and pest control. There is also a pool and outside shower that is well maintained.
