Great Condo Association with Neglectful Basic Amenities
I love my condo association - my property and access to my neighborhood is excellent. Sometimes I believe that the association is being slightly neglectful of simple things that could make residents safer (the parking gate often stays shut open instead of closing with the button/sensor, the doors don't always lock shut behind you and there is a lack of signage depending on the year for reminders, locks on doors need to be updated regularly) and there are no working video cameras to my knowledge.
Unit Information: the natural light is great, heating and cooling works wonderfully, and age of unit renovation depends on your individual unit ownership. Each unit has a dedicated storage unit in the basement and it's own one to two parking spots in a dedicated lot. Shaw neighborhood is one of my favorites in St. Louis and I love living separated from campus ~15 minute drive.

Historic Neighborhood Close to Campus
I rent my apartment off campus for $950/mo. The apartment is located in the historic Shaw Neighborhood across the street from Tower Grove Park. It features gated parking, key fob access, gym, and an included storage unit and w/d in-unit
10-15 minutes drive from WashU and close to bus stops. It's great for graduate, or professional students. Water and gas are included Wifi and electric are not included.
