Shitty Managment Company

I figured when I rented the place it would be an older, less modern, not as nice apartment as it was on the cheaper side based on rents nearby. That is not a major issue, not optimal, but some of the appliances make weird sounds.

The bigger issue is the management team is just shit, they are slow to respond and very scatter brained. I have not had the best of luck reaching them when I need something, but if they need something from you they always find time to reach out. If you google their name some you will find out a few years ago they changed their name to City Wide due to a poor reputation and lawsuits. Nothing has changed but their name. They run a number of other apartments in the area, if I knew it was the same management company I probably would have avoided it since the reviews online for their other managed properties are pretty bad.
