Great place to live
2122 Pine St. is an awesome place to live. 4 very different rooms that allow for pro-rating of rent depending on the preferences of your roommates. Enclosed back patio only for use by our apartment, which is the only unit on the first floor. The landlord lives in the building and is incredibly gracious and responsive to our needs. For example, we ended up getting a new dryer pretty quickly because they were unable to fix ours. Close to Rittenhouse Square, close to the river, close to the highway. Ideal.
