Residences at the Grove

I love the building. The amenities are great, and the floorplans are stunning. My only dislike is that uptown has had an increase in crime. There are a lot more car break-ins and I feel the area is not as comfortable to walk around in as a small female. The building is across from a club called the Palms, and cops are often called there at 2 or 3 a.m. on a Sunday due to someone firing a gun. The building has had the police speak with residents regarding their concerns several times which has been nice.
