Very Nice Community

I love living here. We are a 15 minute drive from campus, so away from the young college scene. There are residents here in all stages of life. It's a very chill place to live.

Peaceful Escape.

Lakes at Bluebonnet are individually owned townhomes/condos. It is honestly a great place to stay. Great location, about 15 minutes from the law center. Very quiet and secure. There is ample parking and most units come with your own attached car port. The floor plans are spacious and are suitable for a roommate situation or if you have a family.

The only drawback is the lack of amenities that you'd get from a regular apartment complex (i.e. gym, pool). However, I'd definitely recommend if you can afford.
