Bienville Towers Review
The actual space inside my apartment is fine. It is a decent size one-bedroom apartment. However, the rent is very high. I have seen recent postings for two-bedroom apartments at this same complex for almost the same I am paying, so I am upset that my rent hasn't been adjusted. The maintenance is somewhat helpful. They handle in-apartment fixes quickly. However, I have been living here for 4 years and have reported outside requests that have yet to be completely fixed. Also, the neighbors here are noisy and there have been quite a few break-ins, including my own vehicle.
