I love my apartment, it’s in an old and charming building with large rooms and high ceilings. The apartment has little to no issues and good response from the management. It is above businesses and parking is street parking only, no spots saved for residents. My specific unit is above a hot yoga studio which is great for practicing yoga, but does seem to increase my electricity bill due to the vicinity, so keep that in mind
