Wonderful Place to Live
The building has 18 units total with garage space in the back. There is maintenance on the grounds almost every day and they are very kind. There are many windows so it is very bright. Really great wood floors and the walls are thick, so you hardly ever hear neighbors. The kitchen is huge, which is great and there is so much storage space in both the kitchen and general closets. I love it here. The one con is that it is on Farmington Ave, so it can get a little loud with the cars around rush hour, but otherwise it is very manageable.
