The Oasis (Student Housing)

I love living at the oasis it is clean, friendly and close to everything I need.

The Oasis is a great deal. For $580 a month you can live with five of your buddies with all utilities included. It is fairly quiet and generally, the people who live there are other Liberty students. It’s a convenient four minute drive from campus and has ample parking. The apartments themselves are modern (built within the last 15 years) but very simple. Also, the rooms come with a desk, a chair, drawers, and a bed frame.

So far, it has been ok. There are some rowdy students, but the property manager is actively trying to address that issue. Otherwise, we have not experienced any issue with the facilities or the ammenities.

I enjoy being surrounded by similar age group students and the proximity of the housing to the LUCOM building. Because I do not have a car, it is great to be able to utilize the shuttle options. Also, the gym and locations to study offer another great aspect to this housing. The only downside is that this location does not do recycling. Additionally, I have heard that depending on the location of the place in the complex, there may be loud noises.

It is a great place if you get an apartment with people you know (random roommates will make it less enjoyable). There is a very nice pool, clubhouse and gym and the location is unbeatable. If you get a 6 bedroom apartment it's like your own little community and it doesn't feel crammed in my opinion (and it's the most affordable option).

Very affordable considering it’s 3 minutes away from the school and includes gas and wifi and parking. Only downside is electricity is not included in rent and is separate cost.

The Oasis is super close to LUCOM (3 minutes exactly) and within an 8 minute drive to any grocery store and multiple restaurant/ fast food options. I love that the apartments are fully furnished with really nice, new, modern furniture.

This apartment complex has had some negative reviews in the past. Some of these complaints are still true. There are some people who make lots of noise or who have loud cars. But I've never had a problem with noise past midnight or bad neighbors who refuse to quite down. The complex itself is very nice and they are in the process of renovations so things will probably be nice and new for you. The apartment has a reasonable amount of space and comes equip with basically all the main appliances and furniture you'll need.

There is a bus stop for those who don't have cars. And those LUCOM students it is VERY close to the LUCOM school and it is a very convenient location for med students.

The apartment is good but not remarkable in almost every aspect. The biggest boon is the fact that it is the closest available housing to LUCOM. If that matters to you, then this is the apartment for you.

Oasis is a great place to stay if you are need of an apartment!
