Terrible management
The apartment is really nice. However the management is very rude. They promised a lot of things upon signing and then told us that management changed so we could no longer get the things promised.it turns out the same lady we signed with still works there as one of the managers, so we were lied to. We have also had follow to up with the office on many things such as applying my ESA letter to my account so they stop charging me per rent. I had to follow up with the office 4 separate times for them to stop charging me. They also double charged us rent one month and would not fix our over due balance for over five months despite going into the office over 7 times. They always say it will be taken care of, but never is. They don’t care about their residents after they sign their lease. They are solely wanting to make any profit they can.
