Fairfax

Living here is awesome. You will not find a better apartment managing staff anywhere. I was extremely critical when searching for my apartment and the staff was a main part of why I picked this place - I have not been let down since moving in. The staff throw events a few times a month which is also a great perk. Everything is constantly cleaned and is well kept.

Maintenance is fantastic! I've had small things that could use improving and they come by and get it resolved in a matter of a few hours.

The amenities are out of this world! This building has a pool (heated in the winter), an awesome lounge area (with a popcorn maker, pool table, an enormous tv, a coffee maker and drink mini fridge), and a gym that has water bottles and folded towels placed on every machine. Other amenities include getting to use a sister building's pool, hot tub, cabanas, golf simulator, movie theater, conference room, and gym!
This building is a little quieter than the sister building, which is what I need for the studying I need to do the next 4 years. I feel spoiled living here! It is a little bit more expensive than other apartments, but you are getting more than the price difference by the experience that you get living here.

I have loved living at the Fairfax: the management team is always on top of it, the other residents are extremely friendly and kind, and it is a great location near campus and in Grandview.
