Great Location, decent management

Property is mid for the cost, however the location is what sells the place. At the end of downtown Clayton I have been able to work at firms with ease due to my proximity to the locality. I also am only 15 minutes from SLU LAW, as I am right near Big Bend and I-64, so my commute throughout the city is not bad. Traffic ~4pm leaving SLU LAW is not great, but that’s the worst thing about the location. Property managers are very absent, maintenance workers get the job done, but it does take many requests and some time (hope for no emergencies lol). All in all it is fine, great for location, mid for price and management.
