Just Say No!!

Roaches (multiple and very roach spray resistant, weekly pest control requested), Leaks (6 from Nov.-Feb. in the same area), Scam Artists (They sell the property as amazing, psht.), Dishonesty (Told a story about being on the pest control list, if that's something lied about what else is being lied about?).
The apt was never cleaned when I moved in. Never received a move-in checklist, however, received a bill for over $10K, even had an incorrect security deposit on the bill. Video record move in and move out just in case. Asked to be moved to a new unit, was denied.
Code compliance was contacted due to the roaches and the fire department was called because there was a water leak by electrical outlets. Please just stay away. It's not a great place. Not at all. Just stay away.
