Decent Living Place
For the price this place has a lot of space and comes with a full washer and dryer and apartment community parking which is super nice. Its not the most up to date when it comes to appliances, but it does the job and nothing has been a horror show yet. I do find it a little noisy, but that could be contributed to my specific neighbors and the fact that my apartment specifically is located directly behind the gas station. It might be quieter is a different building located farther back on the property. I do enjoy seeing all the ducks and geese that are usually flocked in the community because of the big pond they have in the middle of the community.

Good Enough
This place pretty nice. It can look a little dated, but the layout is unique and they are pet friendly. One thing I do like about it is that it kind of set back from the road so it feels like a hidden community. Sometimes it can get loud from other neighbors but overall a decent place to live. It is also super close to the Stratford campus.

Meh
You could definitely find better apartments for possibly even cheaper with more utilities covered. But if you were admitted late then this might be one of your only options
