NoMa is new and luxe

NoMa has been a great, safe place for me as a woman who lives alone. The gym, mail room, cooworking space, and lounge are very nice. Management is helpful, people are courteous, and the building and parking are safe and secure. The apartments are 2 years old with new finshes. The pool and dog areas are active, with many people hanging out often in these areas.

Love it here!

Great location and amenities for the price. There is limited space for pets, I wish there was more turf in the courtyard. I had an ant issue within the first month of moving in, but it was addressed and fixed quickly. The hallways are always SO hot, but I do not know where that originates from. Overall, this apartment complex is super nice and is well taken care of. It is only two years old, so there is not much to complain about.

NOMA apartments

Management is very friendly and helpful, and it is very close to the University of Tulsa so it is convenient for students.
