KCMO apartments

I love where I live as it is in a quite area right off the highway. The maintenance is good and very close to nature/ bike trails plus rent doesn’t go up year to year very much ( about $30). One complaint is when you sign a lease you have to have a co-signer as we dont count as an income although we get money from FAFSA and grad plus. This cost about $800 additional just to add a co-signer….. so in any apartment be aware of their income and co-signer policies. Another thing is their visitor parking policy which makes you register them every day or they will tow.
