Good budget apartment
The location is great to walk to Aggieville and campus, and the bills are definitely affordable between two people. The bedrooms have a good amount of natural light (coming from the upper floors). There is a built-in kitchen table and desks in the bedrooms, so you don't have to buy quite as much furniture.
The property is a bit run-down, the appliances are outdated but mostly functional, the communal laundry room is pretty questionable, and the parking spots are quite small. The firehouse is also right down the street, so there are sirens quite often. The neighbors can also get rowdy in the evenings.
The building is pet-friendly with pet rent included. As someone without a pet, this made me wary of the smell or state of the apartment, but management offers carpet cleaning in between residents, which helped the place feel cleaner upon move-in.
Overall, the low rent and good location make up for the state of the property.

Very nice and clean. Inner units do not get much natural light. No in-unit washer/dryer hookups, but on site laundry facility
