Pretty good
I really enjoy the area and the amenities. The gym is pretty good for an apartment gym. There are so many things that are walkable from this area and being in between two red line metro stops is really convenient. I think the down side is that all of the utilities and bills are not included in the rent price so it ends up being more expensive than I initially anticipated.
