Bang for your buck
It's spacious for my spouse and I, and I still have a workspace I can rely on away from campus. Campus is still less than a 15 min walk away from me. I struggles the summer before fall of 1L to find this place and now that I did I hope to stay until after graduation. I will say there are many unhoused people around the neighborhood. That would have to be the only downside because my neighbors keep to themselves unless we need help unlocking the laundry room if we are locked out or we help them if their car won't start. The landlord is responsive when it counts (like a broken step in the stairs or if a fridge stopped working.)

Older building that required plenty of TLC at the beginning, but now we have managed to repair a few issues and clean it up to our standards. For price, we cannot complain with how big the space is compared to other Seattle apartments. Neighbors are respectful of noise and parking.
