House review
The house feels like a regular college house - not incredibly nice, but no massive problems with electricity, heat, water, etc either. Overall a good place to live while in school. Excellent location close to lots of busses and social places, and the rent is good for Boulder.

Downtown Boulder Victorian Home
The house is in a fantastic location which is very close to downtown and Pearl Street. The house itself is a bit older and rundown in some aspects, but still very cozy, spacious, and charming. Like most older homes, there is no central AC unit but it usually never gets too warm in the summer months, especially with a wall unit in the room. The kitchen amenities could use some updating, but everything is functional and has served me well while living there.
