This have worsened since the change of management

Just like the title says. Ever since, the quality of the apartment and living her has decreased significantly. Broken garage doors that last over a few weeks and occur too often; dirty with trash in the outside and dog poop, days in a row without filling paper towels at the gym or dog poop bags; attitude from the workers in management at the building; a full day without water, and then an incredible expectation from management for residents to be content, since we didn't have to go 3 more days in a row without water from 8am - 5pm.

Great location

Fantastic location - close to campus, close to activities and restaurants. New-ish build with AC, parking, in unit laundry
