Very nice (but expensive)
Beautiful apartment with new appliances and amenities. Quiet, very safe neighborhood. Right next to King Soopers. Maintenance is always very prompt (usually coming the same day even if not an emergency).

Quiet, spacious apartment - 20 min from campus
Great apartment - spacious, sunny, great views, super quiet. All the amenities work well and management is super responsive about fixing things - you just submit a maintenance request and it is usually completed within a few days. There's a small gym (very small), dog park, and walking trails nearby. Also walking distance from the King Soopers, Dominos, liquor store, a coffee shop, and some nice breweries. Since you're a bit outside of Boulder, there are not as many delivery options, but that is really the only downside. Rent isn't that cheap but you get a lot more space for the same price you would be paying in downtown Boulder. And it is way more quiet and you get amazing views.
